It is Sunnah to recite Dua e Qunoot because Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) used to recite this Du’a frequently on different occasions such as when there is a problem, hunger spreads all over the world, or when a Muslim nation is in trouble.ĭu’s e Qunoot is recited most of the time in Witr prayer which is referred to as Isha prayer and the Fajr prayer as well, but if you want you can recite it in every supplication because when you are in trouble, it helps you seek guidance from Allah, strengthens you and makes you realize that none can help us except Allah.
Moreover, Allah loves those who call upon Him day and night, and communicate with Him through prayer and dua, and Allah has promised His servants that they would see the answer to his call, though late, He must answer the call of the servant.
Du’a Qunoot is the name of guidance, strength, and protect you at difficult times. This is how Du’a e Qunoot has much importance in Islam. The most important means of communication between human beings and Allah is Prayer (Salaah) and Du’a. Undoubtedly, Your torment is going to overtake infidels O Allah! O Allah! We implore You for help and beg forgiveness of You and believe in You and rely on You and extol You and we are thankful to You and are not ungrateful to You and we alienate and forsake those who disobey You.
